Free home delivery*
If you’re unable to visit the store to pick up your new car, don’t worry we’ll come to you. Local home delivery appointments will be available within our business opening hours, subject to availability. Of course, additional cleaning procedures will be carried out to ensure your car is delivered fully cleaned and sanitised.
Please be advised if you have a vehicle to part exchange, we may be required to organise more than one appointment at your home so we can fully appraise and provide you with an accurate valuation as part of your new vehicle purchase.
Free service/MOT collection & delivery
During our normal business opening hours, for no extra cost we will collect your car from your work or home for servicing, MOT and mechanical repairs provided you’re local to us. We’ll keep in contact over the phone and send you a video vehicle health check of your vehicle whilst it’s with us. Once your vehicle is ready, we’ll deliver it back to you, cleaned and fully sanitised.
You can buy a used car online with us here at Car Store. It's really easy too, and the process includes part-exchanging your current car, so you can get that sorted at the same time. Once you've found your dream car, it's time to pay for it - online, of course. On our site, you can add your chosen car to your (car sized) basket and then select one of two options - pay monthly or pay in full.
If you wish to pay monthly, you'll be taken through an online finance application that allows you to choose your deposit, term and annual mileage so you can see exactly how much you'll be paying. Paying in full? That's cool too - simply proceed to the payment screen after filling in a few details.
We’ll then deliver the car to you of course!
Finding your car
Our used car stock is refreshed daily across our website to show all vehicles we have available in stock. Many of our cars are available for transferring to your nearest store –simply enter your postcode into our search and if the car you want is far away, we’ll move it for you. We want to help you in restricting the amount of travel needed when buying your next car. All of this can be arranged online within a couple of easy steps. Our dealership will contact you once the car is on its way and if you’re not comfortable in coming into the dealer, once the car arrives, we can chat about a home delivery option for you.
Virtual Test Drive & Test Drive to you
All our stores will be happy to email you more detailed vehicle videos of any of our cars to answer any questions you may have around features and specifications. Depending on the device you are using we can help set up FaceTime and video calls to offer you a virtual test drive experience.
If you’re local to one of our stores and keen to reserve a car but really want to test drive it first, we can organise to bring it to your home or work address for you to try out if you’re not comfortable visiting us. This is accompanied vehicle demonstration drive, subject to availability and within our business opening hours. For safe guarding of our crew and customers, all parties will declare wellness before a test drive is agreed. Extra hygiene regimes will be followed and an electronic copy of your driving licence must be supplied.
Arranging your Finance
Our representative finance stands at 11.9% APR, this is shown against each vehicle we have displayed online along with a calculator so you can tailor the finance term and deposit to suit your needs. Low monthly payments don’t always have to mean high deposits either! Our crew are on hand to help organise your finance over the phone and we have e-signature documentation available so there’s no need to come into one of our stores to organise this.
Booking your service & MOT
Our service workshops are open with slots and capacity for MOT and service work. Keeping your car roadworthy in these challenging times is really important. You can book your car in online and right now, subject to availability we are offering free, local collection and delivery service to pick your car up from home and deliver back to you – fully cleaned.
Spread the cost with Payment Assist
If you’re concerned about the expense of servicing your car or any repairs, we have Payment Assist, a 0% interest free way of spreading the cost of your servicing work, all of which can be set up remotely over the phone with one of our Service Advisers. There’s no credit check involved and you can break down your servicing bill into regular monthly payments to make it more manageable.
*Terms applicable to Home Delivery
If the Vehicle is purchased at a distance within the meaning of The Consumer Contracts (Information Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the Customer may within 14 working days of Delivery cancel the contract and require the seller to refund the purchase price. In this instance, the customer must keep the Goods in a reasonable condition and return the goods or make them available for collection and pay the company’s reasonable costs of collection and the difference, if any, between the value of the goods when returned and the purchase price.
1 DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
1.1 Delivery of the Vehicle shall be deemed to have been made when the Company supplies to the Customer the Vehicle and the Vehicle invoice;
1.2 Delivery shall be made at a time and date agreed between the Company and the Customer within Dealership opening hours and specified in the Order Confirmation. Any dates quoted for delivery and collection for the Goods are approximate only and the company shall not be liable for any delay in Delivery of the Goods. Times for Delivery and Collection shall not be of the essence unless previously agreed by the Company in writing. The Goods may be delivered by the Company in advance of the quoted delivery date.
1.3 If the Company fails to deliver the Goods for any reason other than any cause beyond the Company’s reasonable control or the Customer’s fault, the Company shall not be liable to the Customer, beyond reimbursement of the Purchase Price paid by the Customer as set out on the Vehicle invoice.
1.4 If the Customer fails to take Delivery of the Goods or fails to give the Company adequate delivery instructions at the time stated for Delivery (otherwise than by reason of any cause beyond the Customer’s reasonable control or by reason of the Company’s fault) then, without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to the Company, the Company may:
1.4.1 store the Goods until actual Delivery and charge the Customer for the reasonable costs (including insurance) of storage; or
1.4.2 terminate the contract
