    There and then, if we can. If not, we'll tell you how we're going to investigate the problem. Once we've solved it, we'll give you a resolution in writing (or over the phone, if you prefer)

If you would like to make a complaint about the sale of a general insurance policy or a Consumer Credit Agreement, we have a specially trained team who can help.
