We know how much leg work the wheels do. So, we'll always check they're road ready by looking at the following in step 5 of our 104-point inspection…

Tyres are fundamental when it comes to safe driving as they are the only thing that connects your car to the road. They also ensure that your car runs economically, therefore they need to be checked regularly to make sure that they aren’t too worn and that they are 3mm and over. We check over both N/S and O/S front and rear tyres.

Why it's good to switch your tyres:

  • By replacing worn-down tyres your stopping distances are seriously reduced, resulting in safer driving and improved steering whilst you’re on the roads – win win.
  • Replacing worn tyres also improves your overall fuel economy and in turn saves you money.

Guaranteeing that you are using to right tyres can significantly reduce noise levels whilst you’re on the move too. We also look over and confirm that the wheels are aligned in accordance with the vehicle’s specifications and tolerances. We do this because it optimises handling and steering motions and in turn improves your driving experience significantly.

Wheels and Tyres
We’ll inspect all four wheels to ensure they're in good nick with little corrosion because after all, without these you’ll not get very far! Last but not least we’ll check either your spare tyre or inflation kit as you’ll have at least one in the car at all times - we don’t want you to be left in any sticky situations.
